  • Account information: name, email address, farm/business name, billing address
  • Payment information: processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your full card number on our servers
  • Communications: messages you send us via contact forms or email

Information collected from your hardware

  • Field sensor data: soil moisture, electrical conductivity, temperature, and related agronomic readings
  • Location data: GPS coordinates of field nodes and gateways, used to associate readings with the correct location and to display your fields on the dashboard
  • Device diagnostics: battery voltage, signal strength, uptime, and connectivity logs, used for troubleshooting and reliability monitoring

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data on our website and dashboard (pages visited, actions taken), collected via analytics tools
  • Standard web log data (IP address, browser type, device type)

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate the Service: display your sensor data, generate irrigation alerts, and maintain your dashboard
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • To improve the Service, including using aggregated, de-identified sensor data to improve our recommendation algorithms
  • To send weather alerts and service-related notifications you've opted into

We do not sell your field data or location data to third parties.

We retain account and sensor data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Our website uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and, if analytics are enabled, cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

  • You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard, or by contacting us.
  • You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated API access, and access controls — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
